Ordering & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, ACH transfer, and cryptocurrency. Card payments charge instantly at checkout. Manual payments (Zelle, Venmo, etc.) hold the order for 72 hours while you send funds.
Is pricing the same for every member?
Yes. Every Victory Life member pays the same standard price — there's no separate tier or approval step to unlock a different price. Browsing and ordering are open to anyone with store access.
Will my receipt or bank statement show product names?
No. Every external-facing artifact — Stripe charges, receipts, bank statements, shipping labels — uses only SKU codes (e.g. 0203-020310) and a generic VLMS statement descriptor. Product names never leave the member store.
Can I cancel an order?
Unpaid manual-payment orders expire automatically after 72 hours. To cancel a paid order (Stripe), contact support before the order ships — we can refund through Stripe if it hasn't been picked or labeled yet.
Shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Domestic transit time is typically 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Tracking links are emailed and available in your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. Domestic shipping only.
What if my package arrives damaged or is missing items?
Report it within 7 days of delivery via the Contact form with your order number and photos. We'll replace the affected items.
Storage & Handling
How should I store peptides when they arrive?
Refrigerate unopened lyophilized vials at 2–8°C (36–46°F), protected from light. Powders are stable at room temperature in transit, but cold storage on receipt preserves long-term potency.
How long do reconstituted peptides last?
After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate and use within 28 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles — they degrade peptide integrity.
Do bioregulators and wellness adjuncts follow the same storage rules?
Mostly yes — same refrigeration profile. Product-specific notes (where they differ) appear on each product detail page under the spec sheet.
Product Verification
How are products tested?
Every batch is sent to an independent lab for identity (mass spectrometry) and purity (HPLC) verification. Results are published as Certificates of Analysis on each product page and archived in the CoA Vault.
Where do I find the CoA for the exact batch I received?
Each shipment lists a batch number. Look it up on the product detail page's CoA section, or filter the CoA Vault by that batch number. If your batch isn't listed, contact support — every batch should have a CoA on file.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
Peptide and bioregulator products are non-returnable once shipped — standard for compounded research material. Defective product, damaged packaging, or order discrepancies qualify for replacement; report within 7 days of delivery.

Why is everything labeled "research use only"?
All products in this store are sold strictly for laboratory research use. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic use. This applies regardless of how you choose to apply your research in your own work — the label is the legal frame the store operates under, and every member acknowledges it at checkout.
Are these products FDA-approved?
No. Research peptides and bioregulators are not FDA-approved drugs and are not sold as such. They are sold as research-grade compounds for laboratory and scientific investigation only.
